Correct Answer: C. In a prospective cohort study of 62 patients with polymyalgia rheumatica, 3 percent of patients had radiologic evidence of subclinical giant cell arteritis at baseline, and another 3 percent subsequently developed late-onset giant cell arteritis during the following year.
